The Arlington is a full service restaurant and bar located in Ship Bottom on LBI. Run by brothers Paul and Brian Sabarese, Paul works the front of the house while Brian is the chef. They have a seasonal American menu focused on fresh and local ingredients and a beverage program focused on craft beer and cocktails, The Arlington is a dining establishment on LBI open for lunch and dinner year-round. The grounds, facility and beautiful views with its white sand beach are exclusively yours.
